Operations Analyst

About the role

Operations Analyst contributes to Willsfly’s enterprise-scale software and product systems initiatives, working across architecture, engineering, delivery, and operational quality to support durable enterprise outcomes.

The role is part of Willsfly Technologies Inc’s global product engineering hiring system, supporting enterprise software, platform systems, product maturity, and long-range operating continuity through structured technical contribution and accountable execution.

Responsibilities

• Support business and delivery operations through structured reporting, process visibility, and execution tracking.
• Help improve workflow coordination and operational maturity across enterprise teams.
• Collaborate with delivery, program, and business stakeholders to improve consistency and control.
• Contribute to internal process clarity and operational continuity.
• Support enterprise environments with measurable and accountable operating behavior.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in operations, workflow coordination, reporting, or structured business systems roles.
• Strong communication and process discipline.
• Ability to support cross-functional teams in organized enterprise environments.
• Comfort with operational visibility, execution tracking, and reporting clarity.

Qualifications

• Experience with internal systems, delivery tracking, or business process coordination (preferred).
• Exposure to enterprise software or product development environments (preferred).
• Understanding of structured operations and workflow maturity (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Business, Management, or related discipline (preferred).
• Operations / project / business analysis certification is a plus.

Salary Range $80K – $105K + bonus + benefits
