Operations Analyst

Function

The role is positioned within the Operations team, a critical component of our trading activities. This team is responsible for managing processes that connect us to the external market and internal networks. You will play a key role in areas such as trade settlements, trade record and position management, or cost and cash management. The primary goal is to ensure that trades are executed and settled accurately and efficiently, working closely with clearing firms, brokers, and other counterparties. Collaboration with Operations and Trading teams across various locations, including London and Hong Kong, is essential to ensure seamless trading operations.

Role Responsibilities

• Contribute to trade operations, focusing on trade settlements, trade record and position management, or cost and cash management.
• Collaborate with external service providers, trading partners, and colleagues both locally and globally.
• Address and resolve issues arising from complex trading flows to ensure smooth operational processes.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in trade operations, preferably within a bank or fund environment, with the ability to pass a case study.
• Proficiency in VBA or other programming languages is highly desirable.
