About the role

As the Operations Coordinator, you will serve as the Keen Baltimore representative working with our customers and operations team. This role involves monitoring and communicating account activities to ensure customer needs are met.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer service inquiries concerning account activities, priorities, and status.
• Open, close, and reconcile production work orders.
• Prioritize and assign work orders for completion to appropriate employees.
• Verify shipments, vehicle movement, and inventory.
• Coordinate account activities, priorities, and status with manufacturing personnel and Third-Party Logistics Provider.
• Track inbound parts and equipment and forecast incoming volume.
• Maintain equipment inventory, tracking, location, status, organization, and billing systems.
• Enter product receipts and picks into inventory management system; verify accuracy of information.
• Perform reporting and analyze results for management and customer.
• Cross-train and perform other administrative functions, including dispatching parts/equipment and printing BOLs.

Requirements

• Three years’ experience in customer service and inventory control procedures preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to interface with customers and employees.
• Basic math skills.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency at an Intermediate Level in MS Excel and working knowledge of MS Windows and Word.
