About the role

The Operations Analyst role operates within the Travel Group Luxembourg network, supporting multiple leisure-travel agency brands and a large agency network across Luxembourg and the Greater Region. This position focuses on operations-driven analysis to ensure data and reporting reliability. The role spans network operations, agency support, and travel product/service workflows, requiring clear separation of confirmed facts, pending dependencies, and exceptions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operations-focused analysis with dashboard reporting, ensuring each checkpoint includes a visible source, owner, status, and next action within the Travel Group Luxembourg network.
• Review and maintain TGL LU role documentation with status tracking for operations-focused analysis, adhering to an analysis-led work profile.
• Document data validation with deadline management, ensuring traceability and accountability for all operational checkpoints.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and reporting to support operations-focused analysis.
• Reconcile quality control with workflow management, surfacing repeated errors before they result in downstream rework.

Strong operations-focused analysis ensures data and reporting reliability under the specific demands of the Travel Group Luxembourg network. Completed work must be traceable, unresolved items must have clear owners, and errors must be identified early to prevent rework.

Position Details

This is a full-time, associate-level position. The role is 100% remote within the United States.

Pay

Base salary: $50,000–$75,000 per year.
