The Operations Analyst role operates within the Travel Group Luxembourg network, supporting multiple leisure-travel agency brands and a large agency network across Luxembourg and the Greater Region. This position focuses on operations-driven analysis to ensure data and reporting reliability. The role spans network operations, agency support, and travel product/service workflows, requiring clear separation of confirmed facts, pending dependencies, and exceptions.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate operations-focused analysis with dashboard reporting, ensuring each checkpoint includes a visible source, owner, status, and next action within the Travel Group Luxembourg network.
- Review and maintain TGL LU role documentation with status tracking for operations-focused analysis, adhering to an analysis-led work profile.
- Document data validation with deadline management, ensuring traceability and accountability for all operational checkpoints.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and reporting to support operations-focused analysis.
- Reconcile quality control with workflow management, surfacing repeated errors before they result in downstream rework.

Position Details
This is a full-time, associate-level position. The role is 100% remote within the United States.
Pay
Base salary: $50,000–$75,000 per year.
