Operations Analyst

Essential Duties

• Processing invoices and in-house orders
• Contacting vendors and customers
• Cooking deliveries and returns
• Analyze root causes of operational malfunctions
• Provide resolutions
• Managing calendars
• Handling and organizing electronic files
• Cooking maintenance repairs and deliveries with multiple TS locations
• Collecting data from various processes and analyzing it
• Ensuring information is accessible to all departments within TS
• Providing support with Eclipse ques for Ship confirming, expediting
• Ensuring the systems and processes are implemented smoothly when new business procedures and processes are introduced into the company
• Checking regularly with other teams/departments to make sure the process is being followed and their questions are answered
• Improving processes if needed
• Working closely with various departments to ensure smooth business operations

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years warehouse experience
• Eclipse software knowledge helpful
• Excel and Word are a plus
