Operations Analyst

About the Role

This Operations Analyst role focuses on data and reporting reliability within business consulting, marketing, communications, customer engagement/support, events, operations, and professional development. The position ensures that confirmed facts, pending dependencies, and exceptions are visibly separated and managed through an operations-focused, analysis-led approach.

Responsibilities

• Document operations-focused analysis with dashboard reporting, ensuring each checkpoint includes a visible source, owner, status, and next action within the context of business consulting, marketing, communications, customer engagement/support, events, operations, and professional development.
• Maintain role documentation with status tracking for a team of 7 consultants, adhering to an operations-focused, analysis-led work profile.
• Reconcile data validation with deadline management, ensuring traceability and accountability for all operations-focused analysis.
• Coordinate documentation with reporting to maintain clarity and usability of data across all functional areas.
• Review quality control and workflow management to surface repeated errors before they result in downstream rework.

Quality Standard: Data and reporting reliability must remain usable under the specific demands of the operating environment. Completed work must be traceable, unresolved items must have owners, and errors must be addressed proactively.

Requirements

• Use Swift 7 Consultants Workflow Context and Data Analysis confidently to support operations-focused analysis across business consulting, marketing, communications, customer engagement/support, events, operations, and professional development.
• Apply data accuracy without losing track of evidence or deadlines in an operations-focused workflow.
• Document process compliance and issue escalation decisions to ensure reasoning remains clear in the operational context.
• Exercise judgment in follow-up actions, particularly when analysis depends on external confirmations rather than assumptions.
• Meet the role-specific handoff test, which requires source verification, dashboard reporting, and issue escalation to be current; otherwise, the work remains open.

Position Details

This is a full-time, associate-level role. It is 100% remote within the United States.

Pay

Base salary: $50,000–$75,000 per year.
