The focus is on operations-driven analysis, ensuring data and reporting reliability in this specific environment.
About the Role
The Operations Analyst maintains clear separation between confirmed facts, pending dependencies, and exceptions while performing analysis tailored to event management and marketing. The role emphasizes visibility of sources, owners, statuses, and next actions in an operations-focused, analysis-led workflow.
Responsibilities

- Maintain comprehensive documentation and reporting for operational analysis, ensuring clarity and traceability.
- Reconcile quality control with workflow management, surfacing repeated errors before they lead to downstream rework.
Decision Standards
Strong operational analysis in this role means ensuring data and reporting remain reliable under the demands of event management and marketing. Work must be traceable, unresolved items must have clear owners, and errors must be identified early to prevent rework.

- Confidently use Strive Global Events Workflow Context and Data Analysis tools to support operations-focused analysis in event management and marketing.
- Apply data accuracy while maintaining evidence and meeting deadlines in an operations-driven workflow.
