Operations Analyst
About the role
The Operations Analyst within our Product Service Division plays a key role in driving operational excellence as a virtual team member. Key responsibilities include designing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve productivity, supporting project planning and execution, delivering training and guidance, enhancing internal and partner training programs, conducting financial analysis, and managing order processing and fulfillment.
Responsibilities
- Designing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve productivity across the division.
- Serving as a liaison between various teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Delivering training and guidance to team members on operational processes and best practices.
- Developing and maintaining efficient workflows to support operational outcomes and informed decision-making.
- Enhancing internal and partner training programs by refining procedures, tools, and best practices.
- Conducting financial analysis and preparing regular reports.
- Managing and optimizing order processing and fulfillment.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in customer service or operations roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead meetings and deliver presentations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI.
- Experience with SAP/TCIC systems.
- Strong analytical skills to identify process gaps and drive improvements.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles and methodologies.
- Experience with project management tools such as JIRA or Asana.
- Understanding of supply chain management concepts.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $45,700.00 - $73,600.00. The salary offered within the range may vary depending on multiple factors including job level, geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and in compliance with local wage requirements.
Schedule
This role is remote and requires up to 20% travel.
