Position Overview The Operations Analyst will support the day-to-day operations of the firm's growing futures and hedging business. This individual will work closely with Operations, Finance, and Trading teams to ensure the accurate execution, booking, monitoring, and reporting of transactions while providing operational support to both internal stakeholders and external clients.This is an excellent opportunity for an operations professional looking to broaden their exposure within a global trading and risk management organization. Key Responsibilities Validate and process trade entries, ensuring accuracy and timely approval of transactionsSupport futures, OTC, and brokerage-related operational activitiesBook, reconcile, and monitor hedge transactions and client positionsInvestigate and resolve client inquiries and operational issuesMaintain static data, market data, and system recordsAssist with monthly commission and payout processesPrepare and support operational reporting requirementsPartner closely with Finance and Trading teams to improve workflows and controlsContribute to process improvement initiatives and operational efficiency effortsSupport ad hoc projects and operational initiatives as needed Qualifications 2+ years of experience in operations, trade support, financial operations, or brokerage operationsExperience supporting commodities, futures, FX, capital markets, brokerage, or trading environments preferredStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent problem-solving and communication skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentProficiency in Microsoft Excel and other business systemsBachelor's degree preferredSpanish and/or Portuguese language skills are a plus, but not required Preferred Backgrounds Futures or commodities operationsFX operationsBrokerage operationsTrade supportMiddle office operationsFinancial operationsCapital markets operations Location Chicago, ILHybrid schedule with a minimum of three days per week in the office
