Operations Analyst

Position Overview The Operations Analyst will support the day-to-day operational activities of investment vehicles and related entities. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of operational data, coordinating with third-party service providers, and maintaining key controls across the business. The position offers the opportunity to contribute to process enhancements and operational efficiency initiatives. ResponsibilitiesPerform reconciliations and investigate discrepancies across accounts, positions, and operational records.Support transaction processing, settlements, and related operational activities.Coordinate with external service providers to resolve operational issues and ensure timely data accuracy.Assist with expense allocations, accrual tracking, and other financial operations processes.Monitor and process investment-related events and administrative activities.Identify and implement improvements to existing workflows, controls, and operational procedures. Qualifications5+ years of experience in investment operations, fund operations, middle office, or financial services.Experience supporting reconciliations, transaction processing, and operational controls.Familiarity with institutional investment products and investment management environments.Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.Excellent attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving abilities.Process improvement mindset with exposure to automation, reporting, or data analysis tools preferred
