Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in operations analysis or similar role
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and statistical software
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Understanding of business process improvement methodologies
