Operations Analyst

About the role

In this role, you will support plant operations through integrated reporting, analysis, systems development, and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage plant-level metrics to provide visibility into performance, including labor utilization, WIP tracking, variances, equipment utilization, inventory trends, and resource reporting
• Serve as a functional owner of reporting tools including Oracle OBI, APEX, and Blitz reports
• Maintain MRP forecast processes and provide analytical support to improve planning accuracy
• Support capacity planning, resource loading, and production scheduling analysis
• Partner with IT to develop and sustain reporting capabilities
• Support identification, tracking, and reporting of productivity initiatives
• Maintain project metrics and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
• Provide cost analysis, maintain product standards, and support month-end close with variance review and operational insight

Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
• Five (5) years' experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Experience with ERP / MRP systems
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact across all levels of the organization

Pay

The salary range for the role is $81,600-$112,200.
