Responsibilities
- Perform daily operational tasks across a range of fund-of-funds structures, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
- Support fund operations processes including (but not limited to): Trade lifecycle support and reconciliation, Cash and position monitoring, NAV support and review, Interaction with fund administrators, custodians, and other service providers.
- Prepare, review, and maintain operational documentation using Excel, Word, and PDF-based workflows.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve operational discrepancies, escalating issues as appropriate.
- Maintain accurate records and operational controls in line with internal procedures and regulatory expectations.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives, documentation updates, and operational best practices.
- Support ad-hoc operational and reporting requests as required.

- Strong attention to detail with a high standard of accuracy.
- Effective time management skills with the ability to manage recurring daily tasks and competing deadlines.
- Practical experience working with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PDF-based documents in a professional environment.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Methodical, reliable, and accountable approach to work.
Desirable Experience
- Prior exposure to fund operations, fund accounting, or asset management operations.
- Experience in back-office or middle-office roles within financial services.
- Familiarity with fund structures, NAV processes, and interaction with external service providers.
- Basic familiarity with Python or scripting for data analysis, automation, or operational tooling (a plus).
Education & Experience
- Degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related discipline preferred, but not mandatory with relevant experience.
- Early-career to mid-level candidates will be considered, depending on demonstrated capability and experience.
