Operations Analyst
About the role
Ernesta is seeking an Operations Analyst to support inventory planning, operational financial analysis, logistics data support, and new product launch execution across the Operations function.
Qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience in operations planning, inventory management, supply chain, or operations finance
- Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities; demonstrated experience managing inventory strategy in a multi-SKU environment
- Experience supporting month-end close, operational financial reporting, and budgeting processes
- Proficiency with Airtable, Sigma, Shopify, or similar platforms; comfort working across multiple systems simultaneously
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage competing priorities without direct authority
- High attention to detail; able to catch errors in complex datasets and resolve them systematically
- Strong communication skills — able to translate complex data into clear summaries for operational and senior leadership audiences
- High level of ownership and accountability; operates independently and drives workstreams to completion

The anticipated starting base pay for this role is between $130,000 to $150,000. This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this role. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as experience, education, and role-based skills.
