Operations Analyst

About the role

DataCT LLC is the independent Administrator of the Consolidated Tape Plan, ensuring the unified administration of Tapes A, B, and C. The Operations Analyst plays a crucial role in monitoring and optimizing performance metrics, tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) across all functional areas, and producing scorecards and trend analyses that inform strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

• Track operational KPIs and SLA performance across all functions.
• Produce operational scorecards and trend analyses.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain operational data quality and instrumentation.

Requirements

• 2–4 years in operations analytics, BI, or process improvement.
• Strong Excel and SQL skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong written communication.

Benefits

• Base salary range: $90,000–$100,000, commensurate with experience, qualifications, skills, education, internal equity, and market data.
