About the role
The Operations Analyst on the Reposite team plays a critical role in shaping how our marketplace scales. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product & Engineering, Business Intelligence, and Design to achieve long-term goals and set Reposite up for scalable growth.
Responsibilities
- Use data and structured problem-solving to identify business needs, define hypotheses, and execute on high-impact solutions.
- Develop and operationalize business strategies that balance marketplace health, including supply and demand dynamics, pricing, and overall vendor and buyer experience.
- Leverage user promotions and incentives to drive adoption, engagement, and retention.
- Identify operational weaknesses across the organization and propose process improvements or net-new workflows that increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Implement and manage tools and systems that streamline workflows, including automation and integrations (e.g., Zapier and similar no-code/low-code tools).
- Develop and refine training programs that enable internal teams and partners to adopt new processes, tools, and best practices.
- Optimize sourcing workflows by auditing outreach, building feedback loops with Sales and Customer teams, and partnering on AI/matching enhancements to improve vendor recommendations.
- Support assorted operations projects and strategic initiatives that enhance overall marketplace performance.
- Provide clear insights and recommendations to leadership on marketplace health, operational KPIs, and opportunities for scale.
- Act as the “quarterback” for major business initiatives, coordinating across stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and with measurable impact.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in business operations, management consulting, or a similar analytical/strategic role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manipulate data, build scrappy workarounds, and connect the dots between data, process, and business outcomes.
- Demonstrated experience partnering with highly cross-functional teams and influencing without direct authority.
- A process-first mindset and genuine interest in improving how others get their work done.
- Comfort working with tools and automation, including experience with platforms like Zapier or similar no-code/low-code tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex insights into clear recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Operations Management, Data/Business Analytics, or a related technical field.

Pay
The estimated base salary range for new hires into this role is $65,000-$75,000 annually + bonus depending on factors such as job-related knowledge, relevant experience, and location.
