Operations Analyst 1

Responsibilities

• Produces reports on collected data within mandated time frames.
• Performs multiple levels of processing on cost reporting data.
• Works collaboratively with colleagues in operations team to complete data review and transformation.
• Communicates effectively with consultant staff via email, Teams, and phone to provide information and assistance to questions regarding annual cost reporting data.
• Works within a team to create clean, standardized data for cost reporting templates.
• Works within a team to accomplish other duties on the project to meet necessary deadlines.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel, Teams, and Word.
• Experience with other database software is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred, preferably in business, business administration, accounting, social work, public policy, or other closely related fields.
• 1+ years of analytical work experience in an office or corporate environment required.
• Experience with MS Office suite required.

Position details

Supervisory responsibility: None. Working conditions: Office setting.

Pay

Compensation range: $46,100 – $62,000. Compensation varies depending on factors including specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. PCG does not sponsor newly hired foreign national workers for work authorization, including H-1B sponsorship.
