Operations Advisor with Security Clearance

Job Description

We are looking for Operation Advisors, at all levels, to join our intelligence program supporting a key government sponsor in Northern Virginia!

• Support a wide range of operational and programmatic activities.
• Provide thorough and knowledgeable briefings on their analysis to the customer.

Qualifications

Qualifications vary based on experience and customer feedback:

• Level 3: Seven (7) years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree
  - Demonstrated tradecraft-related work experience.
  - At least one (1) CONUS or OCONUS tour as either the head of the customer site or as a referent for operations.
  - At least two (2) total overseas tours (CONUS or OCONUS), or the equivalent of four (4) years of TDY experience.
  - Sponsor certified/training as an operations officer.
  - Active security clearance with appropriate polygraph.
• Level 4: Twelve (12) years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree
  - Demonstrated tradecraft-related work experience.
  - At least two (2) CONUS or OCONUS tours as either the head of the customer site or as a referent for operations.
  - At least four (4) total overseas tours (CONUS or OCONUS), or the equivalent of four (4) years of TDY experience.
  - Sponsor certified/training as an operations officer
  - Active security clearance with appropriate polygraph.
• Level 5: Twenty (20) years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree
  - Tradecraft-related work experience
  - Demonstrated ability to research and analyze
  - Strong analytic writing and editing skills
  - Sponsor certified/training as an operations officer
  - Active security clearance with appropriate Polygraph

Five (5) years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for a college degree.

Desired Qualifications

• Certification in sponsor basic tradecraft courses
