Operations Administrator

About the Role

Turning Point for God is the broadcast ministry of Dr. David Jeremiah, delivering the unchanging Word of God to an ever-changing world. Using Dr. Jeremiah’s teaching, we capture, curate, and communicate Bible Strong content through media to share the Gospel with theological and creative excellence. This role supports Turning Point’s international outreach by managing operational, production, marketing, and administrative activities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive administrative support to enable the Director of International to operate efficiently and achieve strategic objectives.
• Support the Director with special revenue-generating assignments and cross-functional projects.
• Coordinate meetings by scheduling, preparing agendas, documenting minutes, and following up on action items.
• Prepare, process, and maintain contracts, proposals, and related documentation while ensuring timely routing and completion.
• Coordinate the development of board reports and presentations for international affiliates (Australia, Canada, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom).
• Receive and process regular reports from partners.
• Plan, manage, and execute broadcast promotion schedules and commercial placement strategies for English-language television promos in international markets.
• Plan, maintain, and execute broadcast promotion schedules for English-language television programming outside the United States.
• Foster collaboration between International, Marketing, and Creative Services by coordinating communications, campaign planning, and promotional initiatives.
• Assist in tracking promotional performance, audience engagement, and other key metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of international marketing and broadcast initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (media, communications, business, or ministry-related field preferred).
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in broadcast/media operations, production coordination, or executive support, preferably in Christian Ministry.
• Familiarity with the international broadcast/media landscape is a plus.
• Highly developed interpersonal skills, superior communication skills (verbal and written), discretion, professionalism, and excellent judgment.
• Self-motivated with the ability to act independently.
• Incredible attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with project management tools is a plus.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and demands from different departments.
• Must be a like-minded believer and share our passion to deliver the unchanging Word of God to an ever-changing world.

Pay

The expected salary for this position is $27.00 to $30.00 an hour. The actual compensation offered will depend on qualifications, experience, skills, and location.

Schedule

This is a non-exempt, full-time position at Turning Point International Headquarters in Lakeside, CA.
