Operations Administrator, Alpha - $75,000/year USD

Crossover · Austin, TX · Today
Administrative$37/hrFull-time

LOCATION NOTE: This is an in-person role based at one of our campuses. Many schools tuck operations away behind closed doors, approvals, and layers of meetings. Alpha takes a different approach. This role is front and center throughout the day: welcoming families, troubleshooting technology, managing smooth arrivals and dismissals, reassuring parents, liaising with vendors, and ensuring the campus feels secure, polished, and distinctly Alpha. We need someone who can balance warmth with firmness, stay organized without relying on rigid processes, and show confidence while staying grounded in the work. You will be responsible for nearly everything beyond classroom instruction: family correspondence, attendance management, campus security, building maintenance, meal coordination, technology support, event execution, and the minor issues that escalate quickly if left unaddressed. You will not be surrounded by a large on-site operations staff. You will have documented procedures, access to remote teams, and established protocols, but you must learn quickly, leverage available resources, and exercise sound judgment in real time. The payoff is becoming the go-to person families trust, guides depend on, and students approach when something needs attention. If you are looking for a high-visibility school operations role where communication, decision-making, service, and accountability are tested daily, submit your application now.
