About the role

This is an in-person role based at one of our campuses. Alpha takes a different approach to school operations, being front and center throughout the day to handle various tasks such as family correspondence, attendance management, campus security, building maintenance, meal coordination, technology support, and event execution.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary, trusted contact for families, students, staff, and campus visitors, delivering clear, composed, and prompt communication.
  • Oversee the daily rhythm of campus operations, including morning arrival, afternoon dismissal, attendance tracking, transportation coordination, lunch management, campus upkeep, event support, and facilities follow-through.
  • Coordinate student device management and basic campus IT functions, including initial setup, account assistance, troubleshooting, backup procedures, repair requests, and escalation to remote technical support.
  • Cultivate trust with Guides, external vendors, and families by prioritizing helpfulness while upholding established standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (field of study not specified)
  • At least 1 year of experience in office coordination, facilities support, site operations, or similar operational roles
  • Comfort with basic technology tasks including device setup, troubleshooting, and account administration
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills across parents, staff, and vendors
  • Able to manage competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail
  • Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
  • Available to work in-person in one of our campuses: Austin, TX; Houston, TX; Oklahoma City, OK; Park City, UT; Tulsa, OK; Tampa, FL; Denver, CO; or Brentwood, TN — or willing to relocate

  • Experience in K-12 school operations, student information systems, facilities coordination, parent communication, or campus-based customer service

Benefits

The role offers a competitive compensation package, including a base hourly rate of $37 USD, which translates to $75,000 USD annually for a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. Payments are made weekly.

Schedule
