Primary Responsibility

Provides operations and administrative support to MIRATECH's Tulsa (Corporate) facility.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provides administrative and production support for the Tulsa External Operations team.
  • Aid in the creation of production paperwork and project documentation.
  • Transact and disposition project-related jobs.
  • Scan and file completed production and project paperwork and pictures.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
  • Experience working as a production assistant preferred.
  • Experience with an ERP system preferred.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
