About the role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Administrative Coordinator to support our field data, billing, scheduling, and administrative operations. This position requires an operationally aggressive individual who can keep pace with high-volume construction and service operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage field data collection and organization
  • Review and compile technician and crew information
  • Provide administrative support for operations leadership
  • Cook up scheduling for field teams and projects
  • Support billing processes and enter job costing data
  • Cook up scheduling for field teams and projects

  • Support payroll/timekeeping verification as needed
  • Perform heavy Microsoft 365, Excel, email, and operations coordination work

Requirements

  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong administrative and operational coordination background
  • Experience in construction, property management, or service industry preferred
  • Excellent communication skills with strong follow-through
  • Proactive and capable of handling pressure without constant supervision
  • Experience with scheduling, billing support, or dispatching strongly preferred
