Job Details

• Manages plant accounting staff and owns the full close cycle — JEs, BSRs, production reports, KPI reporting, and management reporting
• Business partner to Operations leadership and Plant Management; leads budget variance analysis, forecasting, and financial projections
• Oversees standard costing for existing and new product codes; supports FP&A on new product cost requests and customer-driven changes
• Handles internal controls, capital project audits, physical inventory counts, fixed asset verification, and balance sheet reviews

Qualifications

• Plant/cost accounting experience
• Full ownership of the accounting function at the facility level
• Broad exposure across cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, and capital projects
• Leadership experience in managing plant accounting staff and overseeing the full close cycle
• Experience leading budget variance analysis, forecasting, and financial projections
• Experience overseeing standard costing for existing and new product codes
• Experience handling internal controls, capital project audits, physical inventory counts, fixed asset verification, and balance sheet reviews

Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
