Operational Trainer

Join us as an Operational Training Manager and lead the charge in developing and executing our cutting-edge operational training strategy. You will manage the entire training function, innovate training processes, and ensure all programs are engaging and effective.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the training strategy, manage the training team, and introduce innovative training initiatives.
• Conduct diverse training sessions including classroom, practical, and on-site formats, ensuring high standards and compliance.
• Oversee the training calendar and coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operation across multiple locations.
• Design new learning programs incorporating blended learning approaches and develop career pathways for employees.
• Maintain stringent compliance with industry standards, conduct regular audits, and update training materials as needed.
• Build relationships across the business, manage external training partnerships, and provide detailed reports and analysis on training outcomes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in operational training management and team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of Health & Safety regulations.
• Skilled in delivering engaging training programs and developing educational materials.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Full UK driving licence with willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualifications such as LANTRA, Train the Trainer, or Learning & Development certifications (desirable).
• Experience with Learning Management Systems and managing training budgets (desirable).
