About the role
We are looking for an Operational Readiness Project Coordinator to support Operational Readiness Testing (ORT) for a large-scale program. This is a 1-year, W-2 contract assignment located onsite in Miami, FL. You will report to the onsite manager and excel at collaborating across teams, translating complex information into concise, executive-ready materials.
Responsibilities
- Support ORT planning, execution, and reporting across multiple workstreams
- Partner cross-functionally with business and IT teams to ensure alignment on scope, milestones, and deliverables
- Develop clear, concise presentations for leadership updates and decision-making
- Define and document entry and exit criteria for ORT phases and milestones
- Track progress against milestones, deliverables, and readiness criteria
- Consolidate inputs and provide structured reporting on status, risks, and dependencies
- Utilize tools such as JIRA (and Qmetry where applicable) to manage testing activities and track progress
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally across business and technical teams
- Advanced proficiency in:
- System implementations
- PowerPoint (executive-ready presentations)
- Excel (tracking, reporting, data analysis)
- JIRA (task and defect management)
- Concise presentations
- Entry/exit ORT criteria
- Milestone-based deliverables

Pay
The base salary range for this position is $23.00/hr to $28.00/hr, dependent upon experience, qualifications, and skills.
