Qualifications
- Recommended qualifications & background 2+ years in ops, project management, or chief of staff roles for the entry tier
- 6+ years for Head of Ops ideally shipped operating systems like EOS, Scaling Up, or OKRs
- Bonus experience scaling from CFA, MBA, or operating background at a high-growth scale-up
