What You’ll Own

- Lead end-to-end integration efforts across people, processes, systems, and operations
- Partner with site leadership to ensure smooth transitions with minimal disruption
- Build repeatable playbooks and frameworks to scale future integrations
- Operational Structure & Improvement
- Bring clarity and structure to complex, fast-moving environments
- Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable operational improvements
- Standardize processes and strengthen execution across locations
- Change Leadership & Influence
- Build trust quickly with frontline technicians and local leadership
- Clearly communicate the “why” behind changes to drive alignment and adoption
- Influence across teams without direct authority
- Systems & Performance Visibility
- Support rollout and adoption of key systems (ERP, inventory, operational tools)
- Define and track KPIs tied to safety, quality, and efficiency
- Translate performance data into actionable insights for leadership
What We’re Looking For
- Experience & Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field preferred; MBA a plus
- 3–5 years of experience in operations, project management, consulting, or similar environments
- Proven ownership of projects and ability to drive execution
- Experience with integrations, operational excellence, or project management (PMP a plus)
- Familiarity with calibration, M&A integration, or lean manufacturing is a strong advantage
- Capabilities
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive alignment across teams and locations
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to structure ambiguity into clear plans
- Hightly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Clear, confident communicator with strong professional presence
- Ability to influence without authority
- Comfortable traveling 60–75%, including short notice
