We are looking for an experienced Operational Human Resources specialist to join our team on a contract basis. This onsite role plays a central part in keeping daily workplace operations organized, supporting employees throughout key HR processes, and helping create a well-organized and welcoming office environment. The ideal candidate brings sound judgment, strong coordination skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities with minimal supervision. Responsibilities: • Oversee calendars, appointments, and cross-functional administrative activities to keep operational priorities moving efficiently. • Prepare and share internal updates, announcements, and other employee-facing communications with clarity and professionalism. • Keep the workplace orderly, functional, and presentation-ready by monitoring office conditions and addressing issues before they escalate. • Partner with external suppliers and service providers while tracking office materials, equipment, and inventory needs. • Organize meetings, team gatherings, and recognition activities, including room setup, scheduling, materials, and technology support. • Provide administrative support for human resources activities such as onboarding coordination, employee documentation, and record maintenance. • Coordinate interview schedules, communicate with candidates, and help ensure a smooth hiring experience from initial contact through next steps. • Assist with compliance-related documentation, audits, and operational projects that require careful follow-through and accuracy. • Handle additional administrative and HR support tasks as business needs arise. • Experience supporting HR administration, office operations, or workplace coordination in a detail-focused environment. • Knowledge of onboarding processes, employee record handling, candidate screening coordination, and HR compliance practices. • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism. • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across different audiences. • Proven organizational skills with the capacity to balance multiple assignments and meet deadlines independently. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS or other workplace systems used for tracking employee information and administrative tasks. • Strong problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving workplace needs.
