Operational Finance / FP&A Manager - Real Estate - $130-150k base + 15-20% Bonus - MRI Required

Responsibilities

• Budgeting and forecasting
• Financial modeling

• Helping build scalable finance infrastructure
• Working cross-functionally with senior leadership
• Playing a key role in shaping a growing FP&A and Corporate Finance function
• Shaping future leadership opportunities as the team expands

Requirements

• 5+ years of FP&A, Strategic Finance, Corporate Finance, or Operational Finance experience
• Real estate or REIT experience strongly preferred
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and business analytics
• Strong Excel skills; MRI experience required

Qualifications

• CPA, CFA, and/or MBA are Highlights

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
