This position offers a competitive salary range from $72,000.00 - $122,000.00, with the final salary determined by various factors including scope of role, experience, education, and internal equity.

Responsibilities

  • Perform observations, interviews, and data analysis for strategic and process improvement initiatives.
  • Design and execute complex analyses and models to support data-driven decision making.
  • Translate analytical outputs into clear, leadership-ready materials tailored to different audiences.
  • Lead operational improvement and strategic planning projects, including:
    • Analytical support
    • Project leadership and management
    • Implementation of best-practice performance standards
    • Development of performance metrics, current- and future-state assessments, and root cause analyses
  • Present findings and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders to support decision making.
  • Support development of project plans, executive presentations, and implementation roadmaps.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience.
  • At least 2 years of consulting, operational excellence, strategy, or equivalent analytical experience.
  • Experience using MS Office Suite and data visualization tools to produce high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in analytical and presentation tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
  • Ability to learn and integrate new software and operational systems across departments.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to tell a clear, compelling story with data.
  • Structured problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Able to synthesize information and balance big-picture thinking with attention to detail.
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
  • Able to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines effectively.

Skills

  • Required: Strong proficiency in analytical and presentation tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
  • Preferred: Master’s degree in a related field (e.g., Industrial & Systems Engineering, Healthcare Administration, or Operations Research).
  • Preferred: Experience with Tableau or similar BI tools.
  • Preferred: Experience with Epic applications.
  • Preferred: Lean/Six Sigma certification or equivalent experience.
