About the Role

Drive operational excellence and make an impact across product portfolios and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Cook up unique, technology-enabled flavor designs that define the identity of food and beverage brands, shape trends in flavor building, and fuel market success.
  • Support operational excellence and portfolio management activities.
  • Coordinate sample requests, including receipt, tracking, storage, and distribution to internal stakeholders.
  • Support raw material and alternate vendor qualification processes to ensure compliance and continuity.
  • Facilitate New Product Introduction (NPI) and Ingredient Qualification Request (IQR) processes across teams.
  • Maintain and validate portfolio, supplier, and product data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Coordinate sensory, analytical, and technical evaluations, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up.
  • Contribute to portfolio rationalization and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain project documentation, action logs, and status tracking across multiple activities.
  • Collaborate with Procurement, Quality, Technical, Innovation, and Business teams to support operational goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Food Science, Data Analytics, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Experience coordinating projects or activities across multiple functions.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data reporting tools.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and quality.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
  • Familiarity with systems such as SAP, Power BI, or SharePoint is advantageous.
