Operational Excellence Analyst

Safety, Quality & Delivery

Safeguards operational bottlenecks, capacity constraints, and safety risks through data analysis and problem-solving.

Supports the implementation of safety, quality, and delivery improvements at the site level.

Process Engineering & CI Execution

Applies Lean and CI tools to improve workflows, collect and analyze operational data, and support improvement initiatives.

• Supports CI events (Kaizen, value stream mapping)
• Follows standard methodologies as directed

Project & Change Support

Manages improvement project tasks, timelines, and deliverables, assists with change management, and tracks actions, risks, and progress.

• Communications, documentation, and training materials
• Risks and progress tracking
• Escalates issues to senior team members

Data & Reporting

Develops operational reports and dashboards using tools like Power BI, Excel, and maintains data standards for accurate reporting.

• Data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, SQL, etc.)
• WMS, ERP, MES, LMS systems and database structure experience

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or operational environment
• Working knowledge of Lean principles, 5S, and basic problem-solving tools

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required (engineering, supply chain mgmt. or related technical field preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

• Leverage of Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel; exposure to Power BI, SQL, or similar tools

Pay Range

The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is $43,888.00 - $76,500.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.

Additional Information

This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
