Main Responsibilities

• Coordinate budget preparation with stakeholders
• Ensure costing by activity
• Set up dashboards with key performance indicators (KPIs), and procedures to check that the structure is operating in line with its objectives
• Provide regular reports on the structure's activity (support activity, Mine, Plant, etc.), enabling performance to be monitored, resources to be optimized, and operational development objectives to be set
• Analyze existing discrepancies between forecast and actual objectives, highlight areas of concern and recommend corrective action
• Provide advice to management or management control workgroups on day-to-day operations
• Provide technical responses to external teams (CAC, Audit)

Skills Required

• Proficiency in office automation tools and ERP software packages
• Good knowledge of performance indicator management tools
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to manage multidisciplinary interfaces
• Good communication and listening skills
• Organization, rigor and autonomy
• Ability to analyze and summarize

Education

General engineering degree and/or Master's degree from a leading business school in Finance or Management Control.

Experience

5 years' experience in management control and operational performance management in an industrial environment.

Assignment

Based in the south-east of Morocco, in the Taroudant region.
