Key Responsibilities
- Store administrator of the store’s applicant tracking system; recruit, interview, and hire top talent in a timely manner.
- Create schedules, approve time sheets, and approve absences. All inventory received following ATF and company policies. Receiving area neat clean and organized.
- Coordination with Product on Purchase Order issues or inventory concerns
- Store Supplies ordering to support ongoing business
- Ensure ATF compliance and all internal policies regarding the selling and handling of firearms are strictly adhered to always
- 4473 next day audits are completed
- Manage store compliance programs including third and fourth checks of 4473 forms, form filing system, corrections, and customer contacts
- Manage weekly serial audits, and any additional product cycle counts
- Facilitate all firearm transfers
- Manage all visual standards in the store, including merchandise presentation, back stock, signage, lighting, and general maintenance
- Affiliate with the production and setup of all event marketing materials
- Open and Closing the Store; register counts, locking/unlocking of store as scheduled
- Responsible for safe counts and deposits
Desired Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 2 or more years of retail sales experience
- ATF form 4473 experience is desired but not necessary
- Availability to work a flexible schedule and hours necessary to open and/or close the store including nights, weekends and holidays
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), inventory management systems and POS systems
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written) including strong relationship building skills
- Communicate with customers to ensure that they are satisfied and that their needs are being met
- Participate in performance management by creating, documenting, and reporting on performance and incentive goals
