Operational Accounting Manager
Responsibilities
The Operational Accounting Manager is responsible for the accurate presentation of financial information and management reports that comply with accounting rules and regulations. They oversee the accounting and auditing functions, provide project support, assist with accounting system conversions, lead process improvement initiatives, maintain and strengthen the internal control environment, and supervise, train, mentor, develop, and manage direct reports.
Skills/Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Accounting
- 2 years' accounting experience
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- PREFERRED: Minimum 1 year supervisory experience
