Operation specialist – Import/Export – Airfreight – New York – USA Operation

Responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate national and international shipments
• Manage shipping documentation and enter data into operational systems
• Communicate with suppliers and clients to resolve any issues or disruptions
• Support the planning and optimization of logistics flows
• Collaborate with the team to continuously improve operational processes

Requirements

• Strong interest in the transportation and supply chain sector
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
• Familiar with Custom regulation for regular importation, exportation, temporary importation, re-export, ATA Carnet
• Experience managing valuable & Luxury cargo preferred
• Good knowledge of Excel and digital tools
