Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory through prevention of loss due to fraud, quality, and counting; including loss of product not being cycled/expired
• Supervise activities of the plant including shipping, receiving, operations, safety, and environmental
• Direct and coordinate activities to include: safety, quality, production, shipping/receiving, planning/scheduling, and training
• Supervise the work of employees and provide feedback and counsel to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly
• Effectively communicate detailed information on products and services provided to both established and potential customers
• Other duties as assigned in general support of the organization

Requirements

• Customer service focused and collaborative with internal and external contacts
• Broad knowledge of marketing and sales practices
• Knowledge of the full manufacturing process, including production and fabrication experience
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience preferred
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds, climb ladders and steps, work outside under all weather conditions
• Must be able to multi-task and handle stress in a highly productive environment while problem-solving in all areas of the warehouse

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Business
• Or industry experience equivalence
