Operation Manager

Job Summary

Operations Managers are responsible for end-to-end Operations Delivery for the assigned project, including team planning, delivery, client interaction, trouble-shooting, managing project operational parameters, and stakeholder management. The primary focus is to balance project constraints, budget, scope, time, risk, quality, and resources throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of project planning, documentation, development of success criteria, outcomes measurement, and the successful handoff of projects through effective communication.
• Be responsible for successful delivery of the project by meeting and exceeding the set KPIs.
• Absess team performance and recommend improvements.
• Handle escalations from Customer, Client Engineers, and End Users.
• Oversee budget and resource plans to achieve the SOW.
• Cookordinate the use of appropriate tools and techniques to guarantee the progress of the project and changes to the scope and schedule.
• Cookordinate with Project Manager and Delivery Manager for Project Management Reviews.
• Identify and communicate with the customer for any new business opportunities.
• Responsible for automating operational activities, adopting lean methodologies, and performance optimization.

Project Management at Mindtree uses different tools and applications to plan and monitor operations, providing end-to-end visibility of projects. We collaborate to deliver products within cost, schedule, and resource constraints, achieving customer satisfaction goals.

Experience

Above 10 years of support or equivalent experience, including a customer-facing or customer support roles, 4 years of Technical Support Operations, and Project Management experience is an advantage.

Time of Operation

The team will be in a 24x7 shift model.
