Role and Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests at luxury villas located throughout the territory, providing all the necessary information for a quality stay.
- Managing bookings and check-ins/check-outs, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
- Assisting guests during their stay, responding to any requests, needs, or unexpected issues.
- Periodically check the compliance of standards at the properties, including the presence of services and amenities.
- Collaborating with the office for managing bookings, routine procedures, communication, and resolving any issues.
- Monitoring the quality and cleanliness standards of the accommodations in line with company policies.
- Collecting feedback from guests at the end of their stay to continuously improve the service offered.
- Coordinating, independently, the activities carried out by partner companies, which handle cleaning, supplies, maintenance, and guest services.
- Managing inventory of consumable products and organizing supplies (supported, when necessary, by the central office in Syracuse).
Requirements
- VAT number position.
- Car licence and personal car.
- Advanced knowledge of English, both written and spoken, is essential.
- Knowledge of an additional language is a preferred requirement.
- Excellent communication and public relations skills.
- Experience in the hospitality, real estate, or customer service.
- Ability to plan and organize activities independently.
- Proactiveness and prioritization skills.
- Flexibility regarding working hours, which may include weekends and holidays.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under stress while maintaining calm and professionalism.
