Operation Executive

Responsibilities

• Connect regularly with retailers to ensure implementation of defined merchandise levels for each category.
• Maintain fresh stock in stores on a periodic basis, preventing stock-out situations.
• Ensure stock availability aligns with seasonal demands in advance.
• Oversee suitable visual merchandising in stores according to theme/season.
• Ensure timely collection of retailers' dues.
• Design and implement a rewards and recognition scheme for retailers.
• Conduct various competitions among retailers in the mall.
• Celebrate store birthdays on a monthly basis.
• Anticipate retailers' needs, take appropriate action, and ensure high levels of shopper and retailer satisfaction.
• Resolve issues for both customers and retailers.
• Oversee day-to-day mall operations and upkeep.
• Ensure the safety and security of mall properties, customers, and retailers.
• Manage outsourced agency staff effectively, including security, housekeeping, parking facilities, pest control, and horticulture.
• Follow weekly, fortnightly, and monthly schedules for mall operations.
• Maintain retailer relations and drive engagement initiatives to increase footfall and sales.
