You will function as a scrub person, circulation assistant, and member of the surgical team. You will assist in the care, preparation, and maintenance of supplies and equipment in the Operating Room.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to physicians during surgical procedures.
- Assist in the care, preparation, and maintenance of supplies and equipment in the Operating Room.
- Function as a scrub person, circulation assistant, and member of the surgical team.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Prior experience as an OR/Surgical Tech in an acute care setting (preferred).
- Certification as a Surgical Technologist by the Association of Surgical Technologists or Surgical Technician by the National Board of Surgical Technician and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) (required within six months of hire).
Qualifications
- Completion of a certified Surgical Technologist, Operating Room Technician or comparable training program or experience as an O.R. Technician/Surgical Technologist in an acute care setting.
- High school diploma or GED.

Pay
- Salary Range: $41.55-$50.65/Hourly
Schedule
- Full time, day shift position covering the hours of 7:00am – 7:00pm with rotating weekends.
Additional Information
- Preferred Criteria: Prior experience as an OR/Surgical Tech in an acute care setting.
- Required Criteria: Certification as a Surgical Technologist by the Association of Surgical Technologists or Surgical Technician by the National Board of Surgical Technician and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA), completion of a certified Surgical Technologist, Operating Room Technician or comparable training program or experience as an O.R.
