Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN)

Role: Operating Room Registered Nurse Responsibilities Deliver safe, evidence-based perioperative care in a collaborative, patient-first environment.Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for surgical patients.Circulate and/or scrub across diverse surgical specialties.Perform pre-op verification, intra-op monitoring, documentation, and post-op handoff.Uphold infection prevention and safety standards.Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and allied staff.Precept new team members and participate in continuous learning and quality improvement.Engage in the use of advanced surgical technology. Qualifications & Skills Registered Nurse licensure with perioperative or surgical experience preferred.Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills.Commitment to safety, infection control, and patient-centered care.Ability to adapt to advanced surgical technology and procedures.
