Operating Room Orderly - Per Diem

Responsibilities

• Aid in patient transfers between beds, stretchers, and OR tables.
• Assist with Operating Room turnovers by sweeping, mopping, dusting, disinfecting, and gathering linens and surgical equipment.
• Participate in scrubbing into total joint surgeries and holding limbs as necessary.
• Maintain the OR and equipment rooms in a clean and organized state.
• Ensure proper stocking of OR and equipment rooms with materials and equipment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Preferred certifications or education in nursing assistant or orderly roles
