Role: Clinical Supervisor – Registered Nurse in the Main Operating Room Responsibilities Oversee daily OR operations, managing perioperative RNs and support staffCoordinate staff schedules, resources, and patient flow to ensure efficient surgical servicesSupport surgeons and anesthesia teams to facilitate smooth proceduresEnsure compliance with infection prevention protocols and regulatory standardsMentor staff, participate in onboarding and ongoing educationEngage in quality and safety initiatives to promote exceptional patient careFoster a collaborative environment aligned with a compassionate, innovative care philosophy Qualifications & Skills Registered Nurse licensure with relevant perioperative experienceStrong leadership and team management abilitiesKnowledge of infection control and healthcare regulationsExcellent communication and mentorship skillsCommitment to patient safety and quality improvement
