Operating Room Nurse Supervisor

Role: Clinical Supervisor – Registered Nurse in the Main Operating Room. Responsibilities Oversee daily OR operations and manage a team of perioperative RNs and support staff.Coordinate schedules, resources, and patient flow to ensure efficient surgical services.Support surgeons and anesthesia teams to deliver high-quality, safe care.Maintain compliance with infection prevention protocols and regulatory standards.Mentor staff, facilitate onboarding and ongoing education.Participate in quality improvement and safety initiatives.Foster a collaborative, patient-centered team environment aligned with organizational values. Qualifications & Skills Registered Nurse licensure with perioperative experience preferred.Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Knowledge of infection control, regulatory requirements, and surgical procedures.Ability to mentor staff and promote a culture of safety and excellence.
