About the role
This dynamic role offers the opportunity to implement cost-saving measures and cost containment strategies through product standardization and consolidation, access and conduct new product trials, assist with the development, implementation, and monitoring of the daily QA reporting system, prepare monthly QA reports for the Operating Room Director, determine instrument needs, resolve instrument issues by acting as a liaison between the Central Sterile Processing Department and the Operating Rooms, and manage an instrument coding and tracking system including an automated database of all instruments ordered and received, tracking and recording instrument expenditures for operational budget development.Responsibilities
- Implement cost-saving measures and cost containment strategies through product standardization and consolidation
- Access and conduct new product trials

Requirements
- 5-7 years Operating Room or Central Sterile Services experience
- Bachelor's Degree in health care or equivalent experience
- Clinical expertise within field or specialty
- Demonstrated skill in Materials Management and Information Systems
