What You'll Do

  • Design future-state operating models, including organizational structures, governance, capabilities, and ways of working.
  • Analyze complex business challenges and develop practical recommendations, business cases, and transformation roadmaps.
  • Facilitate stakeholder discussions and workshops, working with clients from operational teams to executive leadership.
  • Assess organizational capabilities, operating models, and ways of working to identify opportunities for improved performance and transformation.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in consulting, health and life sciences, transformation, or a related industry role.
  • Supported clinical, R&D, medical, regulatory, commercial, or enterprise transformation initiatives within pharmaceutical, biotech, medtech, or healthcare organizations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, and patient-centered operating models and organizational design.
  • Experience in clinical development, R&D, or commercial transformation.
  • Experience in governance, capability, and process design.
  • Experience in enterprise and technology-enabled transformation.
  • Experience in change delivery, product ownership, or agile ways of working.

Additional Information

  • Hybrid working: Minimum 2 days per week in the office or on client site, up to 5 days per week on a client site.

Compensation

This salary range is specific to Massachusetts, New York, and Illinois and is commensurate with experience, market data, applicant skills, internal equity and/or degrees/certifications. Salary Range: $115,800 - 121,900
