Operational Excellence Consultant – Life Sciences

About the role

You will play a key role leading cross-functional international teams, working closely with C-level decision-makers to design tailored, scalable, and sustainable solutions, while managing project workstreams, engaging senior stakeholders, and presenting recommendations to executive leadership.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering (preferably Industrial Engineering) or an equivalent qualification.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in industrial operations and process optimization within international organizations or consulting firms operating across one or more core Life Sciences sub‑sectors (Pharma, Biotech, MedTech).
• Solid understanding of the broader Life Sciences sector, combined with deep knowledge of at least one core sub‑sector (Pharma, Biotech, MedTech), including its value chains, operating models, regulatory environment, and key dynamics.
• Demonstrated involvement in shaping operations strategy, optimizing footprint design, and redesigning industrial networks.

Qualifications

• A relevant PhD or MBA is considered a strong asset.
