Operating Engineer

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join Research Medical Center, part of HCA Healthcare, the nation's leading provider of healthcare services.

About the role

Performs maintenance and repair duties and assigned tasks related to hospital mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. The operating engineer maintains and operates the building powerhouse/boiler system as required by city code. Maintains and repairs non-patient contact hospital equipment and various Life Safety systems. Orders parts and materials as needed.

Schedule

Evenings: 3 p.m. to 11 p.m., Tuesday - Saturday. Sunday and Monday off.

Requirements

• High School Graduate / GED
• Current Driver’s License
• Various Licenses/Certifications depending on job assignment (e.g., CFS certification, specific equipment & systems training)
• 3 years maintenance experience preferred
